Since 2017, Dr. Min has been providing small animal veterinary care in Southern California. After earning her doctoral degree from Gyeongsang National University in South Korea, she completed her clinical program at Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Min is devoted to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and their owners, delivering the highest quality care and demonstrating a commitment to animal welfare.
Jazmin Bravo Arroyo is the practice manager at Five Star Veterinary Center and has been working in Veterinary medicine for the past 20 years. She is drawn to veterinary medicine because of her passion for helping people and their pets. During her time off she enjoys volunteering her time at her children’s elementary school in the PTA, traveling with her kids, and painting with her family.

From a young age, Dr. Erin SeorHee Min has always had a deep love and appreciation for small animals, which inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Gyeongsang National University in 2015 and went on to complete the veterinary clinical year program at Oklahoma State University.
Dr. Erin began her career in the United States in Houston, Texas, before moving to California to fulfill her dream of providing compassionate veterinary care alongside her sister, Dr. Min. In her free time, Dr. Erin enjoys spending time with her furry feline friend, Simba.
Dedicated to providing the highest level of care to all of her furry patients, Dr. Erin is excited to be a part of the Five Star Veterinary Center team.
Natalie Santillan has always cared for animals and aspired to be a veterinarian from an early age. Natalie is intrigued in learning about the cases we see and is enthusiastic about getting hands-on experience in the veterinary field. Natalie graduated from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and plans to apply to Veterinary school to continue providing care for animals.
Itzia has been a part of our team since May 2020. She is a gentle animal lover who treats your pets with the compassion and respect they deserve. She is always prepared to tackle any tasks thrown her way, and helps make patients feel comfortable. Itzia is currently entering her last quarter at UC IRVINE and will be pursuing her career in Speech Pathology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, museums, as well as spending time with loved ones.
Dr. Alexander Stern is our founding veterinarian who after 35 years has retired 6/2022. We thank him for all his years of service to the community.
He had been in practice since 1977, and opened Five Star Veterinary Center in his hometown of Sylmar in the summer of 1987. Dr. Stern has special interest in internal medicine and selective surgical procedures. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and their pets. On his time off he enjoys keeping his mind and body active through daily visits to the gym, fishing and reading.
